DELIVERY

Pets Central Hospitals will provide free home delivery services for retail / online orders amounting to HK$800 or above. For orders below HK$800, an extra delivery fee of HK$120 will be charged. HK$50/each floor will be charged for "each floor if delivery is by stairs and not a lift" and "each 5 steps leading to the entrance of the building address is considered as a floor".

The Peak/ Pak Tam Chung/ Sha Tau Kok/ Tung Chung/ Ma Wan/ Discovery Bay Free delivery for purchases over $1200. No delivery service for other remote areas and outlying islands.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you received a wrong item or if there is a quality issue with the product, you can return or exchange the item within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost. All items must be in its original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.
